I strongly believe in continuing education's value and the undiscovered potential. In these times when the need for change, and adaptation is so apparent, I see in training and coaching how I can contribute to these processes to facilitate self-knowledge, self-management, and taking responsibility for what we want and do about it.
For the first 26 years, my professional efforts were oriented towards serving others as a magistrate and university lecturer, I held positions that challenged me to discover leadership and what kind of leader I want to be.
In 2021 I decided on a radical career change. I chose to continue serving my peers as a coach and trainer. This gives me the opportunity to capitalize on my passion for psychology, communication, personal development, and lifelong learning.
