Dan is a senior HR executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience in executive search, organizational development, and talent management across EMEA. He currently serves as VP EMEA at AIMS International, overseeing operations across 12 countries, and as Associate Partner at AIMS Romania. His responsibilities include governance, business development, executive recruitment, and assessment center delivery. Throughout his career, he has delivered over 250 executive search projects and interviewed more than 10,000 senior professionals, supporting them in career transitions and leadership roles.
